Salmon is an perfect source of vitamin B12, vitamin D, and selenium. It is a great source of omega-3 fatty acids, protein, potassium. and vitamin B6. Last but not least that salmon is just delicious. This low carb garlic salmon super easy to make and that tastes really good.
Great option for healthy dinner and almost carbs free.
- 4 salmon steaks
- 4 garlic cloves
- sea salt
- black pepper
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Season salmon with salt, pepper, lemon juice.
- Place on the baking dish
- Slice garlic and spread on the top of each steak (one clove per each piece of salmon)
- Sprinkle with olive oil
- Bake in the oven at 200 C for 15 min
