Ingredients
  • 12 mini chicken fillets (strips)
  • 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp dried parsley
  • ½ tsp dried oregano (optional)
  • 3 tbsp butter melted
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven to 200 C
  2. In the shallow dish combine parmesan cheese, garlic powder, parsley and oregano.
  3. Pour melted butter over chicken and make sure all pieces covered
  4. "Bread" each piece with cheese and herbs mixture
  5. Cook in the oven for 15-20 min
