Ingredients
  • 250 g asparagus
  • 200 g broccoli
  • 100 g green beans
  • 2 TBSP toasted sesame seed oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
  1. Separate broccoli into small florets
  2. Cut asparagus spears into halves or thirds
  3. Heat oil in the wok pan
  4. Add your vegetables, garlic powder, salt and pepper and stir fry until desired consistency (6-10 minutes)
