Keto Herb Breadsticks - Fat Head Dough Recipe

Delicious keto herb breadsticks fat head dough recipe. I used dry oregano, basil and italian herbs mix but you can use any herbs you like. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
  • 1½ cups grated mozzarella cheese (170 g)
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese (60 g)
  • ¼ tsp salt
  • ¾ cup (85 g) almond flour
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp dry oregano
  • 1 tsp dry basil
  • 1 tsp dry italian herbs
  1. Place the grated mozzarella and cream cheese into a bowl and microwave on high for 1 minute then stir and microvawe for another 30 seconds. Mix well. Mixture has to be nice and smooth.
  2. Add almond flour, salt, garlic and herbs and mix until well combined. If dough is too sticky add 1 TBSP almond flour
  3. Place the dough on the piece of parchment paper and flaten with your hands until ½ inch (1 cm) thick or use roller pin. If you dough still a bit sticky use parchment paper on the top.
  4. Cut into 16 strips and form them into breadsticks
  5. Place breadsticks on the baking tray with parchment paper or baking mat on it
  6. Bake in the oven at 400 F (200 C) for 10-15 minutes or until golden brown
  7. Remove from the oven and serve with marinara sauce
  8. Enjoy!
