This spicy beef salad will be good addition to your lunch menu. Spicy and crunchy at the same time this recipe satisfy your hunger. Easy to make and nutritious dish also low carb and gluten free.

Ingredients
  • 350-400 g beef sirloin steak
  • ½ large english cucumber
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • ½ red onion
  • 1 TBSP dark soy sauce
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 chilli pepper
  • 1 tsp taco spices
  • 1 TBSP lemon or lime juice
  • 2 TBSP mayonnaise
  • Fresh parsley for garnish
  • Oil for frying
  • Salt to taste
Instructions
  1. Slice beef into thin strips
  2. Heat oil in the skillet and saute garlic and chilli pepper
  3. Add beef and stir-fry until cooked as desired (when almost ready add taco spicesand salt)
  4. Remove beef from pan
  5. Mix with red pepper, onions and cucumber
  6. For dressing!
  7. Combine mayonnaise, soy sauce and lemon juice
  8. Drizzle dressing over salad or mix everything together
  9. Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
