Keto Mug Chocolate Brownie – Ready in 1 Minute
There are times when we really want that brownie or cookie in the evening! And this Keto Mug Chocolate Brownie is perfect for those times. This deliciously fudgy mug brownie with a chocolate protein cake center is light and chewy and ready in just 1 minute. Lightly sweetened with stevia, and made low carb, keto friendly and loaded with protein.
I’ve found that many microwaves will cook this mug cake unevenly. To help, use a toothpick to test the center of the mug cake. Stop cooking when it is no longer runny. If one side cooks faster than the other, wait until the center is cooked and then rotate your mug at 15 second intervals until the entire thing has risen and seems baked.
