Low Carb Stir Fry Green Vegetables
This low carb green vegetables stir fry is an excellent way to eat a large amount of greens. You can use the same greens I did, or choose whatever greens (or vegetables) are in season where you live.
You can serve your stir fry with any meat or fish, or eat it on its own.
Simply stir fry vegetables with toasted sesame seed oil and garlic and you will get a delicious low-carb stir fry green vegetable side dish.

Ingredients
- 250 g asparagus
- 200 g broccoli
- 100 g green beans
- 2 TBSP toasted sesame seed oil
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 tsp garlic powder
Instructions
- Separate broccoli into small florets
- Cut asparagus spears into halves or thirds
- Heat oil in the wok pan
- Add your vegetables, garlic powder, salt and pepper and stir fry until desired consistency (6-10 minutes)
