Low Carb Pan Fried Cod with Soy Sauce

I love this recipe of low carb pan fried cod with soy sauce. It so easy and very, very tasty. It just take you a few minutes to have it ready. I make this at least once a week and it’s always a hit in my house. Just make sure you get dark soy sauce lowest in carbs or use coconut aminos for less carbs.

Ingredients:
  • 450-500 g cod fillets
  • 2 TBSP dark soy sauce
  • 2 TBSP butter
  • salt, pepper to taste
Instructions for low carb pan fried cod:
  1. Melt butter in the skillet over medium heat
  2. Place fish fillets
  3. Add soy sauce, garlic and cook for a minute until a bit bubbly
  4. Using spoon keep pouring sauce over fish
  5. Turn fish and do the same for other side
  6. Add salt, pepper if required
