This is very easy recipe for spicy pork medallions. Just mix all ingredients for marinade together, pour over meat and leave for a while. Fry and enjoy!

Ingredients
  • 4 pork medallions
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp taco spices
  • ¼ tsp chilli or cayenne powder
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • salt to taste
Instructions
  1. In the small bowl mix together olive oil, taco spices, garlic, salt, chilli and lemon juice.
  2. Pour mixture over pork medallions and and leave for about an hour.
  3. Fry over medium to high heat for about 2 min on each side.
