  • ½ (70g) red sweet pepper
  • 2 (150g) small tomatoes
  • ½ (200g) large long cucumber
  • dressing of your choice
  1. Prepare and chop vegetable whatever way your prefer
  2. Mix everything together
  3. Dress with you favourite dressing
