Low Carb Stir Fry Pork

Stir fries are my favorites.They are very easy to make healthy options for lunch or dinner. You should try this recipe for low carb stir fry pork. I like to use pork tenderloin medallions for this stir fry because this type of pork cooking very quickly and meat nice and tender. If using pork chops for the best results I will recommend to use a meat hammer to tenderize it. You can also use chicken, beef or turkey or any other meat of your choice.

Ingredients:
  • 4 pork medallions or pork chops
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 1 red onion
  • 200 g frozen green beans
  • 1 TBSP dark soy sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying
Instructions for Low Carb Stir Fry Pork:
  1. Slice pork into thin strips
  2. Slice pepper and onion
  3. Place frozen green beans into the bowl and pour boiling water over. Leave for a few minutes and drain water.
  4. Heat oil in the frying pan (I used Wok)
  5. Add pork and stir fry until about half cooked
  6. Add peppers, onions and stir fry for a few minutes
  7. Add green beans
  8. Season with salt, pepper and soy sauce
  9. Cook for another a few minutes until ready.
