Ingredients:
- 500 g Sauerkraut
- 200g White Cabbage shredded
- 900 g Beef Mince
- 100 gram chopped tomatoes or tomato sauce
- 2 cloves of garlic
- 1 Tsp sweetener of your choice (optional)
- Salt, pepper to taste
- 2 cups of water
Instructions for sauerkraut with beef:
- Brown beef over medium heat
- Drain sauerkraut and place into slow cooker
- Add beef, shredded cabbage, tomatoes and water
- Cook on HIGH settings for about 5 hours.
- After 4 hours add chopped garlic, sweetener and season with salt and pepper if required.
