Ingredients
  • 500 g asparagus
  • ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 2 TBSP olive oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
  1. Preheat oven 200 C
  2. Place asparagus into mixing bowl
  3. Drizzle with olive oil
  4. Toss to coat then add cheese, garlic , salt and pepper
  5. Cook in the oven for about 15 minutes
