Low Carb Parmesan Chicken Wings

This low carb parmesan chicken wings recipe is very easy to put together. It’s handy when you’re in a hurry. Just mix everything together and put it in the oven. Half an hour later you have a tasty main dish for your dinner or lunch.

Ingredients:
  • 700 g Chicken Wings
  • 2 tbsp, grated parmesan cheese
  • 11/2 tbsp , Smoked Paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • ½ tsp,chilli or cayenne pepper
  • ⅓ tsp, Black Pepper
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice

Instructions for Low carb parmesan chicken wings:

  1. Preheat oven to 200 C
  2. Add all ingredients to the chicken
  3. Mix everything thoroughly making sure each wing covered
  4. Place onto the baking tray
  5. Cook for 30-40 minutes
  6. Serve and enjoy!

You can serve it with your favourite dip as a snack or with salad or vegetables for delicious lunch or dinner.
