
This low carb parmesan chicken wings recipe is very easy to put together. It’s handy when you’re in a hurry. Just mix everything together and put it in the oven. Half an hour later you have a tasty main dish for your dinner or lunch.
- 700 g Chicken Wings
- 2 tbsp, grated parmesan cheese
- 11/2 tbsp , Smoked Paprika
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- ½ tsp,chilli or cayenne pepper
- ⅓ tsp, Black Pepper
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions for Low carb parmesan chicken wings:
- Preheat oven to 200 C
- Add all ingredients to the chicken
- Mix everything thoroughly making sure each wing covered
- Place onto the baking tray
- Cook for 30-40 minutes
- Serve and enjoy!
You can serve it with your favourite dip as a snack or with salad or vegetables for delicious lunch or dinner.
