Low Carb Taco Mince Skillet

This recipe for low carb taco mince skillet doesn’t require a lot of skills and effort. It only takes 20 minutes of your time and you have a delicious and filling dinner. This is a no tomato version (to cut some carbs), but you can add some canned or fresh tomatoes if you like but adjust the carb count accordingly.

Ingredients:
  • 350 g ground beef
  • 1 leek
  • 1 red bell pepper
  • 2 tsp taco spices
  • 200 g grated cheese (I used mix mozzarella and cheddar)
  • salt and pepper to taste
Instructions for Low Carb Taco Mince Skillet:
  1. In the large frying pan brown the beef
  2. Add chopped vegetables and cook for a few minutes (10-15) until vegetables softened.
  3. Add taco spices, salt, pepper
  4. Add cheese and cook until cheese melted.
