
These low carb chicken goujons will be a big hit in your house especially with the kids. This version is much healthier than the traditional one but at the same time you can hardly taste the difference. When I made them for the first time these goujons were gone before I knew it. It’s definitely a must have low carb recipe if you have kids.
- 12 mini chicken fillets (strips)
- 1 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tbsp dried parsley
- ½ tsp dried oregano (optional)
- 3 tbsp butter melted
- Preheat oven to 200 C
- In the shallow dish combine parmesan cheese, garlic powder, parsley and oregano.
- Pour melted butter over chicken and make sure all pieces covered
- “Bread” each piece with cheese and herbs mixture
- Cook in the oven for 15-20 min
