Do you like coconut and raspberries?? Then this dessert is very easy choice for you. It’s nice, smooth, airy not overly sweet and satisfy sugar cravings. Great treat after dinner. You can whip it up in minutes and enjoy.

Ingredients
  • 100g coconut cream
  • 100 g cream cheese
  • 1 cup raspberries fresh or frozen
  • 6 tsp powdered xylitol or other sweetener of your choice
  • 30 g grated 85% Cocoa Chocolate
Instructions
  1. Puree raspberries with blender.(keep a few berries for decoration)
  2. Press the processed berries through a fine mesh sieve and discard the seeds
  3. Whip cream cheese and coconut cream together until nice and smooth
  4. Add pureed raspberries and sweetener and whip for little bit more until well combined
  5. Place into 6 prepared small dishes or ramekins
  6. Decorate with grated chocolate and left over berries.
  7. Chill for at least an hour
  8. Serve and enjoy
