Low Carb Cod with Creamy Prawn Sauce

This recipe for low carb cod with creamy prawn sauce is a great combination and makes a delicious and filling dinner or lunch. This dish very low in carbs, high in fat and  ideal for LCHF diet. Although creamy cheese sauce sometimes could be tricky. I used ready grated red cheddar cheese and it usually works fine for this type of sauce. If you sauce didn’t thickened properly you probably are using the wrong type of cheese.
