Low Carb Green Salad

We need our greens everyday. What could be easier than mix together low carb green salad? Use your favourite low carb dressing or just sprinkle with lemon juice and add some olive oil.

Ingredients
  • 100 g mixed lettuce
  • 200 g cucumber
  • 2 stalks celery
  • 1 TBSP olive oil
  • salt to taste
  • 1 tsp white wine vinegar or lemon juice
Instructions
  1. Wash lettuce and break them with you hands
  2. Chop cucumber and celery
  3. Mix everything together
  4. For dressing mix salt, vinegar and oil together
