Low Carb Creamy Smoked Haddock Cauliflower Casserole

This low carb creamy smoked haddock cauliflower casserole is probably one of my favourite dishes lately. It’s so good! This smoked fish in combination with cauliflower and creamy cheese sauce just always makes me drool. This is one of the few dishes in our menu when no leftovers left.

Ingredients:
Instructions for Low Carb Creamy Smoked Haddock Cauliflower Casserole:
  1. Preheat oven to 200 C
  2. Cut haddock into cubes
  3. Boil cauliflower for a few minutes until about half cooked
  4. Prepare sauce
  5. In the large baking dish mix cauliflower, haddock and sauce together
  6. Make sure everything covered thoroughly with sauce
  7. Sprinkle cheese on the top
  8. Bake for about 25-30 min until top golden brown

  • 50 g grated cheddar or mozzarella cheese (optional)
