Who doesn’t like chicken wings? I personally love them and they are on my menu often. I am also experimenting a lot with different ways to spice and marinate them. Here is one of the many ways to cook chicken wings.
If you in hurry you can put chicken straight in the oven without waiting for an hour and it still will be great. Use smoked paprika insted of plain and you get nice smoky taste to it. Do you like it spicy? No problem just add some chilli or cayenne pepper powder.
- 800 g chicken wings
- 75 ml mayonnaise
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 30 ml soy sauce
- 1 tsp paprika powder
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Mix all marinade ingredients together
- Pour over chicken and mix thoroughly. Make sure all pieces covered.
- Leave in the fridge for at least a hour
- Preheat oven 200C
- Place wings on the baking tray
- Cook for about 30 min
