Low Carb Chocolate Peanut Butter Fat Bombs

When you are on the low carb high fat diet it’s very important to eat generous amounts of healthy fats. Sometimes it’s not easy due lack of planning or time. That’s where fat bombs come in handy. You can use them as a snack or a treat. They have a very little carb count only 1 g per serving. I always have them in my freezer and this recipe only takes 5 minutes to prepare.

Ingredients for peanut butter fat bombs:
  • 3 tbsp coconut oil
  • 2 tbsp organic peanut butter
  • 2 tsp powdered sweetener (I used xylitol)
  • 1 tsp unsweetened cocoa powder
Instructions
  1. Melt peanut butter and coconut oil in microwave
  2. Add powdered sweetener and cocoa powder
  3. Pour into the muffin cases
  4. Freeze
