Stir fry is fast and easy cooking method and I using it a lot. It is not time consuming and results usually pretty good. This recipe using prawns but you can swap prawns for any other meat you have available to you. The same goes for vegetable.

Ingredients
  • 350 g cooked prawns
  • 100 g zucchini
  • 1 red pepper
  • 50 g red onion
  • 1 cup broccoli florets
  • salt
  • pepper
  • 1 tbs dark soy sauce
  • 2 TBSP oil for frying
Instructions
  1. Prepare and slice vegetables
  2. Heat oil in your Wok pan
  3. Add vegetables and stir fry for a few minutes until half cooked
  4. Add prawns and cook for a few more minutes until prawns hot
  5. Add salt, pepper, soy sauce
  6. Serve and enjoy!
