Chocolate Coconut Mini Fat Bombs

If you have a sweet tooth and miss sweets, these little fat bombs are going to satisfy your cravings easily. These treats are small like little candies and I used an ice tray to freeze them. I love them frozen. That way they are nice and crunchy. They are great for snacking on between meals or with your coffee.

Ingredients for fat bombs:
  • 3 tbsp coconut oil
  • 3 tbsp Peanut Butter
  • 1 tablespoon unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 2 tsp powdered erythritol or other powdered sweetener
  • 1 tbsp unsweetened shredded coconut

 

Instructions

  1. Melt coconut oil and peanut butter in the microwave
  2. Add cocoa powder, sweetener and shredded coconut
  3. Mix well
  4. Pour in prepared moulds for bigger ones or ice tray for mini ones.
  5. Freeze for at least 30 min
