Low Carb Stir Fry Chicken

Add this easy low carb stir fry chicken recipe to your collection. This dish is ready in minutes and makes an ideal option for lunch or dinner. You can use any vegetables you like. I used zucchini and red peppers. If you want to spice it up a little just add some chili or cayenne pepper. What I like about stir fry that you can use all sort of meat, vegetables and spices.

Ingredients:
  • 2 Chicken Breast Fillets
  • 1.5 red pepper
  • 150 g, Zucchini
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp dark soy sauce
  • salt, pepper
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
Instructions Low Carb Stir Fry Chicken:
  1. Slice chicken breast and vegetables
  2. Heat the oil in the wok pan
  3. Add chicken and cook for 2-3 minute constantly stiring
  4. Add vegetable and cook for another 4-6 minutes
  5. Season with salt, pepper, garlic and soy sauce.
