Cauliflower rice is must have side dish in your menu. Low in carbs and calories it’s great replacement for rice. Easy to make and implement different flavours.

Ingredients
  • 500 g cauliflower
  • ½ small onion
  • 1 tsp dark soy sauce
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • ¼ tsp mixed spices
  • salt, pepper to taste
  • 2 TBSP butter
Instructions
  1. Separate cauliflower into florets
  2. Place into food processor and pulse until the mixture resembles rice or use box cheese grater
  3. Melt butter in the skillet
  4. Add onions and cook until golden brown
  5. Add the cauliflower salt, pepper, garlic and spices
  6. Cook for about 4-5 minutes
  7. Add soy sauce and cook for couple more minutes.
