Mini Chocolate Almond Fat Bombs

Fat bombs are very popular in the low carb and keto community. They are an easy option to upper your fat intake, great for snacking on and for satisfying your sweet tooth. It’s not a surprise that on my blog coconut chocolate mini fat bombs is the most popular and shared recipe. This time I came up with a recipe for almond and chocolate fat bombs. I used silicone candy moulds and got about 25 candy sized mini fat bombs. I keep them in the freezer for easy snacking.

Ingredients:
  • 3 TBSP coconut oil
  • 3 TBSP sugar free almond butter
  • 1 TBSP sugar free cocoa powder
  • 1-2 tsp erythritol or other sweetener
  • ½ tsp vanila extract
  • 25 blanched roasted almonds
Instructions:
  1. Combine coconut oil, amond butter, cocoa powder and sweetener in the glass jug
  2. Melt in microwave and add vanila extract
  3. Stir really well
  4. Pour in prepared moulds (I used candy moulds)
  5. Insert almond into each fat bomb
  6. Freeze for about 10 minutes
  7. Enjoy!
