Low Carb Oopsie Bread Cheeseburgers

Ingredients for oopsie bread cheeseburgers:

  • 1 recipe oopsie breads recipe here
  • 350 g ground beef
  • 1 small red onion
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 tsp mustard
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 60 g grated cheddar
  • 1 tbsp oil for frying
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 cheese slices
  • handful of lettuce
  • few thin slices of red onions
  • 1 TBSP low carb ketchup
Instructions
  1. Prepare oopsie breads.
  2. Mix together beef, chopped onions, egg, mustard and garlic
  3. Add cheese and season with salt and pepper
  4. Make 4 burgers
  5. Heat oil in the large skillet over medium heat
  6. Cook burgers until ready about 4 minutes on each side
  7. Place slice of cheese on each burger in the end of cooking
  8. Combine bread, lettuce, onions, burgers and ketchup together
  9. Enjoy your burger
