You can whip up this sauce in minutes. It’s great with fish and also I like this for dipping my cheese crisps. You can add some chilli powder to make it spicy or chopped bacon for dip variation.

  • 200 ml mayonnaise
  • 3 small gherkins
  • 1 TBSP chopped parsley
  • ¼ tsp garlic powder (optional)
  1. Mix together mayonnaise, chopped or grated gherkins, parsley and garlic powder.
  2. If sauce to thick add some pickle juice until desired consistency.
