You can whip up this sauce in minutes. It’s great with fish and also I like this for dipping my cheese crisps. You can add some chilli powder to make it spicy or chopped bacon for dip variation.
- 200 ml mayonnaise
- 3 small gherkins
- 1 TBSP chopped parsley
- ¼ tsp garlic powder (optional)
- Mix together mayonnaise, chopped or grated gherkins, parsley and garlic powder.
- If sauce to thick add some pickle juice until desired consistency.
