Keto Slow Cooker Chicken Stew

As a busy person I value my time and even with my love for cooking I still like to simplify things. That’s why I love my slow cooker. Put everything in it and a few hours later delicious food is ready. Stews are so comforting food especially in the Winter. Try out this keto slow cooker chicken stew and you won’t be disappointed.

Ingredients:
  • 800 g Chicken Thighs Boneless
  • 200 g Red Cabbage
  • 200 g White Cabbage
  • 100 g Red Bell Peppers
  • 100 g Celery
  • 80 g approx. 1 Small Red Onion
  • 30 ml Heavy Cream
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 200 g Cauliflower
  • 300 ml Chicken Stock
  • salt, pepper to taste
Instructions Keto Slow Cooker Chicken Stew:
  1. Prepare and slice/shred your vegetables
  2. Place chicken into slow cooker (you can cut it into pieces or leave as it is)
  3. Add vegetables, salt, pepper, garlic powder and chicken stock.
  4. Cook on high for about 5 hours.
  5. Add cream after 4 hours
  6. Adjust salt and pepper as needed.
  7. Serve with sour cream and fresh herbs
