Ingredients
  • 500 g (medium head) cauliflower
  • 1 TBSP butter
  • 2 TBSP heavy cream
  • ½ tsp ground cumin
  • salt to taste
Instructions
  1. Separate cauliflower into florets and cook for 10-12 minutes until tender.
  2. Drain and discard all water
  3. Return into the pot cover with lid and leave for about a minute
  4. Repeat step 2, (Then drier cauliflower than better)
  5. Add salt, cumin, butter and cream
  6. Blend using stick blender
