Smoked salmon rolls make very good snack with a lots of options. This is basic recipe but you can add cream cheese or sour cream or whatever you like to it. It also can be option for lunch. Just serve it with your favorite salad or low carb bread.
- 200 g smoked salmon
- 1 large long cucumber
- 10 black olives
- Cut cucumber in half first
- Slice each half long wise in 5 slices (try to slice as thin as possible)
- Wrap cumber around salmon and fix with a toothpick.
- Place black olive on the top of each roll.
