Ingredients
  • 400g cucumber
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • salt to taste
  • ⅛ tsp sweetener
  • fresh herbs (optional)
Instructions
  1. Slice cucumber and place into a salad bowl
  2. Add vinegar, salt, sweetener and mayonnaise
  3. Mix well
  4. Serve with fresh chopped parsley or dill
