Ingredients
  

  • 400 g cucumber
  • 2 tbsp mayonnaise
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • salt to taste
  • 1/8 tsp sweetener
  • fresh herbs optional

Instructions
 

  • Slice cucumber and place into a salad bowl
  • Add vinegar, salt, sweetener and mayonnaise
  • Mix well
  • Serve with fresh chopped parsley or dill
