The bun is not exactly the same as a normal wheat bun but still does the job. Bear in mind this burger is BIG and even it’s quite low in carbs only about 7 g, it easily can cover almost all your macros for the day with whooping 1200 calories, 64 g protein and 99 g of fat. If you are fasting and have only one meal per day  it could be a good option for you.
