Low Carb Ground Beef Quesadillas

This low carb ground beef quesadillas recipe could be quit time consuming especially if you don’t have much experience in low carb baking. But it’s definitely worth it in the end. You can improvise with different fillings. Whatever you have handy. Chicken, pork, any kind of low carb vegetables and of course plenty of cheese.

Ingredients:
Instructions for Low Carb Ground Beef Quesadillas:
  1. Prepare tortillas
  2. Preheat oven to 200 C
  3. Brown the beef in the skillet or frying pan over medium heat
  4. Add chopped onions, garlic, chilli, salt and pepper
  5. Cook until ready
  6. Place half of the tortillas on the baking tray
  7. Top up with beef and cheese
  8. Cover with remaining tortillas
  9. Cook in the oven for a few minutes until cheese melted
