This is very easy vegetable side dish and if you like green beans you’ll love it. I like to cook it a bit longer for crispier effect. If you gonna do that just add extra 10 min to your cooking time. Also make sure you spread beans thinly over baking tray.

  • 200 g frozen green beans
  • 2 TBSP butter melted
  • 100 g grated Parmesan cheese
  1. Preheat oven to 200 C
  2. To quickly defrost green beans place them into the bowl or pan and pour boiling water over them
  3. Leave for a minute then drain them in the colander (let beans sit there for a few minutes)
  4. Place beans into the prepared baking dish
  5. Pour melted butter over and add Parmesan cheese
  6. Mix everything thoroughly
  7. Cook for about 15-20 min
