- Each recipe in the meal plan has carb count per serving in overview table. You can also find full nutritional informational under each recipe
- Each recipe has diferent serving size, so be sure to prepare according to your personal needs. For example, if you only cook for yourself, you might want to make 1-2 servings at a time, or make as many servings as you want and keep the leftover for the next days.
- Be flexible. Mix and match recipes. This plan is just to give you ideas of what to cook for your meals. So please feel free to adjust it and make it work for you. Main objective to keep your carbs under 25 grams per day.
