Keto Burger Pancakes

My family goes nuts over these keto burgers pancakes. They are basically very thin burgers which are easy to make. You can make them as small sized “pancakes” or make bigger ones and use them as base for your “meatza”. Just top it up with some tomato sauce, cheese and pepperoni. It’s a good idea to use large sized keto burger pancakes as wraps or instead of omelette. Be creative and you will be surprised how many different tasty dishes you can create from one recipe.

Ingredients:
  • 450 g Beef Mince
  • 5 Large Eggs
  • ½ tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp Mustard (any mustard works in this recipe)
  • Salt, pepper to taste
  • Oil for frying
Instructions for keto burger pancakes:
  1. Mix together beef, eggs, garlic, mustard, salt and pepper.
  2. Your mixture should have consistency of thick batter.
  3. Heat oil in the skillet over medium heat.
  4. Spread mixture with spoon as thin as you can into small “pancakes”
  5. Cook a couple of minutes on the each side.
  6. Repeat steps for the rest of mixture
