Low Carb Baked Garlic Salmon

Fatty fish is a perfect source of vitamin B12, vitamin D, and selenium. It is a great source of omega-3 fatty acids, protein, potassium. and vitamin B6.  Last but not least that salmon is truly delicious. This low carb baked garlic salmon is super easy to make and it tastes really good too.

Great option for healthy dinner and almost carbs free.

Serve with my low carb easy ratatouille and tartar sauce.

Ingredients:
  • 4 salmon steaks
  • 4 garlic cloves
  • sea salt
  • black pepper
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
Instructions Low Carb Baked Garlic Salmon:
  1. Season salmon with salt, pepper, lemon juice.
  2. Place on the baking dish
  3. Slice garlic and spread on the top of each steak (one clove per each piece of salmon)
  4. Sprinkle with olive oil
  5. Bake in the oven at 200 C for 15 min
  6. Serve with tartar sauce and easy ratatouille
