Sugar Free Bounty Bars
This low carb sugar free bounty bars tastes like the real thing. You won’t even notice they are sugar free. If you like bounty bars this recipe is a must . It takes some effort to make but you can have them in your fridge for a few days.
Ingredients for sugar free bounty bars:
- 1 recipe of coconut bounty balls (click here for recipe)
Chocolate coating
- 150 g dark chocolate 85-90% cocoa
- 1 TBSP coconut oil
Instructions:
- Prepare coconut base using this recipe
- For chocolate coating melt chocolate and coconut oil in a glass bowl on top of a saucepan filled with a cup of water over a medium heat.
- Set aside to cool down before using.
- Form bars and dip each bar into chocolate using fork or wooden stick.
- Place on the tray line with parchment paper
- Refrigerate for about an hour before serving.
- Keep refrigerated.
